Streetworks Re-assessment Test Only

Any operative or supervisor facing the expiry of their NRSWA card will need to undertake a series of multiple-choice online exams covering each of the certificates they currently hold.   Independent Training and Testing Company is an SQA approved centre offering single unit re-assessments for anyone whose current qualifications are either due to expire, or have recently expired.  

Quinn's Training Services are working with ITTCO in order to provide our customers with Streetworks re-assessment unit tests.   

Delegates could sit one, some or all of the tests listed below depending on the certificates they currently hold.  When booking, please indicate which of the following tests are required. 

For trained operatives:

• Reassessed Excavation in the Road/ Highway
• Reassessed Excavation, Backfilling and Reinstatement of Construction layers with a Cold-lay Bituminous Surface
• Reassessed Reinstatement of Concrete Slabs
• Reassessed Reinstatement of Construction Layers in Hot-lay and Cold-lay Bituminous Materials
• Reassessed Reinstatement of Modular Surfaces and Concrete Footways
• Reassessed Signing, Lighting and Guarding

For trained Supervisors

• Reassessed Monitoring Excavation in the Road/ Highway
• Reassessed Monitoring Excavation, Backfilling and Reinstatement of Construction Layers with Bituminous Materials
• Reassessed Monitoring Reinstatement of Concrete Slabs
• Reassessed Monitoring Reinstatement of Construction Layers in Bituminous Materials
• Reassessed Monitoring Reinstatement of Modular Surfaces and Concrete Footways
• Reassessed Monitoring Signing, Lighting and Guarding. 

Each unit is a separate multiple-choice online exam comprised of 20 questions and lasting 45 minutes. Delegates must achieve a mark of 80% (16 correct answers out of 20) to pass the test. 

To complete the re-assessment units, delegates must have a Streetworks qualification. 

This course is designed for any candidate whose current Streetworks qualifications are due to expire. 

Please note that re-assessments need to be renewed as per the legislation covering the main country of work.  

The re-assessment tests will equip delegates with the skills to adhere to the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.  Sitting re-assessment tests ensure that all operatives and/ or supervisors' knowledge is up to date and that they are performing highway work legally and safely.
